As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain high standards daily. Your responsibilities include motivating your team, managing the shop floor, and ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment. This role offers leadership opportunities and career progression.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, with an extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a benefits package supporting your well-being.
