Job Description

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will:

  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
  • Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed
  • Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
  • Ensure customers have a great experience in your store
Requirements

  • Patience and a friendly manner, able to stay calm under pressure
