Job summary

Lidl is hiring a Retail Shift Manager in the UK. You will lead store teams, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting targets. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and additional holiday accrual.

You'll motivate staff, delegate tasks, and handle stock and cash processes to keep the store running smoothly. The position provides progression opportunities and a supportive team environment at Lidl.

£15.45 - £15.95 per hour | 30-40 hour contract | shifts | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave
