Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store, motivate the team and uphold high standards daily. You will manage shifts, delegate tasks, control stock and cash processes, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience while developing as a leader.

The role offers £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 40-hour contract, with 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave and a final benefits package.
