Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Team Leader to drive performance and customer service in a busy store. You will step in for Store Manager and Deputy Manager as needed, ensuring smooth shifts and daily operations.

You will lead a diverse team, delegate tasks, and maintain a calm, proactive approach to develop colleagues and deliver great customer experiences every day.
