Lidl in Gravesend, United Kingdom, is recruiting for a Store Team Leader role paying £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 30–40 hour contract with various shifts.

You will motivate and support your team, manage store operations, oversee stock, cash processes, and ensure customers have the best shopping experience. The role includes 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long service awards; references and DBS check may be required.
