Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate your team, take responsibility on the shop floor, and lead by example to meet targets and deliver great customer service.

The role offers a 35-hour contract, with hourly pay between £13.45 and £14.45, along with 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, a pension scheme, and long service awards.
