Job summary

Lidl GB in Blyth is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store team and keep the shop running smoothly. Earn £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 35-hour contract, with enhanced pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a strong benefits package.

You’ll motivate staff, manage store operations in the manager’s absence, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional. Lidl GB supports growth and recognizes leadership potential.
