Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure excellent customer experiences on every shift.

In this role you’ll motivate colleagues, manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, and uphold Lidl’s standards for service, stock, and cash processes. Growth opportunities and a strong benefits package await the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
