Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) is seeking a Retail Security Officer for Swansea. You will deter crime, respond to incidents, and complete reports while patrolling the shop floor and coordinating with local authorities.

The role requires an SIA licence and is a relief/variable hours position. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly with customers and staff, handle conflicts professionally, and comply with company policy.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence to apply for the role.
• Experience in retail security is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents in-store.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Patrol shop floor and identify vulnerabilities to minimise risk.
• Collaborate with management and other staff as needed.
• Carry out guarding duties and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning.
• Produce detailed, legible incident reports for clients and authorities.
