Qualifications

• SIA licence (or willingness to complete training)
• Full 5-year checkable employment/education history for vetting
• Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterrence of theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
• Carry out regular store patrols
• Operate CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Work closely with store management teams
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety onsite
