Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services|Pwllheli requires an experienced security professional to protect client property, people and assets in line with Assignment Instructions. You will be responsible for delivering through KPI-focused service, adhering to SLAs, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Candidates should hold an SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervision) with front-line deployment experience. SC clearance is desirable; training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• SIA front-line licence (Guarding or Door Supervision) is required.
• Experience in security operations and customer-facing roles is essential.
• SC clearance desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Protect our client's property, people and assets in line with published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLA targets to support contract retention.
• Complete required training and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and communicate safety concerns promptly.
