Job summary

Lodge Service is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to protect staff, customers and stock at a retail site in Oxford. The role involves preventing theft, partnering with store management and upholding high standards of customer service and professional conduct.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA license, be eligible to work in the UK and have a 5-year work history. Retail security experience is preferred and a smart, composed demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management teams on loss-prevention initiatives
• Deliver professionalism and high level customer service
• Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention as part of daily duties
• Ensure safety of employees and customers in all shifts
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents
