Job summary

Mitie Group plc in Fleet is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to protect customers and colleagues on the shop floor. You will deter theft, provide a calm presence, and deliver excellent service while patrolling stores and operating CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.

• Deterrence of theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences.
• Carry out regular store patrols.
• Operate CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Work closely with store management teams.
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks.
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety onsite.

• A valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete the training - we may be able to support you with this)
• A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (this is essential for vetting)

£13.23 per hour + Paid Lunch Break
