Base pay range

Hourly Rate: £13.40

Main Responsibilities

1. Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity
2. Assessing vulnerabilities and working proactively to minimise risk
3. Liaising with management and local authorities when applicable
4. Managing vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress
5. Completing searches of colleagues and contractors as per policy
6. Reporting incidents digitally and using devices for daily planning
7. Providing detailed incident reports to assist clients and authorities

Location and Hours

Location: Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy

Hours: 8-10 hour shifts, covering holidays and sickness across Fife

Candidate Requirements

Must have a valid SIA licence. Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential, as training is provided.
