Job summary

Reformation in London is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help lead and execute all efforts required to achieve store goals, reporting to the Store Manager. The role focuses on customer-centric service and brand excellence across a fast-paced environment.

You will drive a technology-led in-store experience, maintain inventory accuracy, onboard new hires, coach teammates, and strive for outstanding customer satisfaction while growing the clientele and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Experience with sales or retail organizations or ops-heavy businesses.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and career.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example to grow clientele and retention.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on the sales floor.
• Contribute to a tech-led in-store experience.
• Maintain high customer experience feedback scores (NPS).
• Act as brand ambassador and communicate brand values.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and oversee inbound/outbound stock.
• Monitor receiving and removal of products.
• Track BOH fulfilment, mis-pulls, cycle counts; use data to improve.
• Support loss prevention with leadership.
• Onboard new hires and coach colleagues.
• Contribute to training and customer experience programs.
• Maintain professional, healthy, working environment.
