Job summary

DCK Group in West Bromwich is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Merchandiser (3.5 hours per week) to join our fashion jewellery team. You will merchandise stock to our visual guidelines, handle deliveries, and maintain store standards to boost sales.

You will travel within your zone to different stores as needed and report to a Team Leader who will coach you. A full driving licence and smartphone with up-to-date OS are required; 9:00–17:00 start times apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required; fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail experience is preferred.
• Requires smartphone (Apple/Android) with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Working with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Job description

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser - West Bromwich - 3.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 3.5 Friday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in West Bromwich butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role

You will need to customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Putting out deliveries of new stock
• Maintaining housekeeping standards
• Setting up promotional activities
• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements
