Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Merchandiser for Wolstanton, working 7 hours per week with shifts on Thursdays and Fridays. The role requires access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence, with start times between 9:00am and 10:00am.

You will be based in Wolstanton and may travel to other stores within your zone. Responsibilities include merchandising to guidelines, stocking deliveries, maintaining store standards, setting up promotions, and fostering strong relationships

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS is required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Unpack and set up new stock deliveries.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Set up and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Job description

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser - Wolstanton - 7 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 3 Thursday & 4 Friday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 10:00am.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Wolstanton butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

• Putting out deliveries of new stock

• Maintaining housekeeping standards

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;
