Job description

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser

- Washington - 4 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

You will be based in Washington but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate smooth operations.

Job Role

You need to be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive.

Responsibilities Include

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the store management team to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS of Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
