Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Designer at Wren Kitchens

We are seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our team at the Kidderminster Showroom. In this role, you will meet and greet customers, create inspiring kitchen and bedroom designs, and manage the customer journey from start to finish. Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience is not required; a proactive, target-driven attitude is essential.

You will receive a basic salary of £25,396.80 plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design creative kitchen and bedroom layouts that drive sales
• Promote additional products, services, financial options, and installation
• Follow up promptly on customer inquiries
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the process
• Maintain accurate order records and communicate regularly with customers

Additional duties include adhering to health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.
