Job Description:

We've recently partnered with a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand on a national rollout. We're now looking for a Senior Designer to lead the design delivery of this work, someone confident in managing multiple live sites, solving problems swiftly, and building strong client relationships along the way.

The Role

You'll take ownership of this key client rollout, implementing an established concept across various locations, each presenting its own set of challenges and opportunities. Collaborating closely with our directors, you'll lead design delivery, manage workflows, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that balances creativity, precision, and independence. We're looking for someone who can drive progress, communicate clearly, and bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process across multiple live sites, from feasibility to technical delivery
• Manage time and workflow to meet deadlines across a fast-paced rollout schedule
• Adapt and apply an existing concept creatively across varied locations
• Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and building trust
• Solve site-specific design and coordination challenges with a clear, practical mindset
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and comprehensive design intent drawing packs
• Collaborate with directors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong feasibility planning skills and confidence in adapting a concept across multiple sites
• Experience in rollout programmes, ideally in QSR, retail, or hospitality
• Proven ability to manage the flow of multiple live projects and meet deadlines
• A problem-solving mindset,practical, efficient, and comfortable making decisions
• Strong technical ability, able to produce clear, accurate design intent drawing packs
• Comfortable taking the lead with clients, building trust, and managing day-to-day communications
• Organised and self-motivated, with the confidence to take responsibility for your time and workflow
• Experience using AutoCAD for technical drawing and Cinema 4D (C4D) for 3D visualisation (preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with FF&E, site coordination, or brand guardianship
• Based in the UK (Midlands-based preferred, but not essential)
