Qualifications

• Reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate with a focus on delivering great customer experience.
• Able to contribute to meeting store KPI targets and sales goals.
• Willingness to use technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Knowledge of product range and ability to upsell accessories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards and visual merchandising.
• Be flexible to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock procedures to company standards.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and replenishment as required.
