Responsibilities

• Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers in the store.
• Continuously maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of trends and promotions.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets where possible.
• Utilise in-store devices to present the full product range to customers.
• Provide alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock levels ensuring full-size range is on the shop floor.
• Ensure product pricing is correct.
• Deputise for other staff, work across departments, or perform other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports in a professional manner.
• Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.
