Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in some regions)
• Able to move around store, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Available to work holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and devices

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to suit customers
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock and maintain store presentation
• Handle front and back-of-store tasks including POS
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate effectively with team
