Retail Sales Assistant Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will work 42.5 hours per week with the mission to provide customers with an unparalleled service experience. Your role involves being a trusted expert in our store, guiding golfers toward the right products, and helping them achieve their golfing goals. Daily responsibilities include executing our proven GAMES sales process, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Executing our GAMES sales process and ensuring every customer receives personalized attention through expert guidance and product knowledge.
• Achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
• Contributing to a positive team dynamic and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for the sport, combined with sales and retail experience, will set you up for success. The ability to work well within a team and support colleagues is highly valued.
