Mamas & Papas Thurrock store is hiring a Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant to join our in-store teams. The role covers 4 hours per week, with a weekend pattern (Saturday, Sunday, or both).

If you have retail, sales, or customer service experience and enjoy making customers smile, we'd love to hear from you. You'll help guide parents through product choices, provide friendly, helpful service, and contribute to a welcoming shop floor environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in sales or service.
• Able to work 4 hours weekly including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support customers on the shop floor.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and queries.

THE ROLE of Sales Assistant / Consultant

Our SALES CONSULTANT / SALES ASSISTANT Teams are our ambassadors of these magical moments, & the heart of our business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family through continued growth by looking for some amazing SALES ASSISTANT (S), to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Thurrock store.

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 4 hours per week, on including either Saturdays, Sundays or both.

If you come from a retail assistant, sales assistant, or customer service background & love putting a smile on a customers face, leaving them with magical moments they'll never forget, then we'd love to hear from you.
