The job:
Based in our Manchester store, you will be a vital part of the retail team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by listening and guiding customers to find the perfect sleep solutions
- Assisting customers throughout their store visit, from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences
- Becoming a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress using our innovative sleep technology
- Ensuring the store looks its best through housekeeping and display updates
