The job:

Based in our Llandudno store, you will be a vital part of our retail team, ensuring every customer visit is exceptional. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases.

Here’s what your day-to-day will include:

• Providing exceptional service by listening to customer needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit.
• Supporting customers throughout their shopping experience, from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences.
• Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress.
• Maintaining store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays.
