The job:

Working as part of our Retail team in Hemel Hempstead for 16 hours a week, you will be vital to the store's success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional service to make customers feel at home.
• Greeting customers and understanding their sleep preferences.
• Becoming a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress using our sleep technology.
• Maintaining store presentation through housekeeping and updating displays.
