We are currently recruiting for a Night Sales Assistant to join our team at Chester Road Service Station, Stanley, County Durham DH9 0QD. As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of the company delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile, assisting with a wide range of duties, promoting brand standards, and actively encouraging sales.

What we are looking for:

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Authorise petrol pumps and monitor the forecourt
• Accurate handling of cash and card payments
• Serve and greet customers
• Carry out daily due diligence and food safety checks as per company policy
• Actively promote sales
• Stock replenishment and merchandising throughout the store
• Assist with cleaning duties to maintain the store and forecourt to a high standard
• Receive and check deliveries
• Assist with food preparation and bakery products
