Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

Location: Colchester
Hours: 16 per week
Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus
Contract: Permanent, Part Time

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Understanding each customer’s needs and helping them with their travel money requirements.
• Applying training to provide expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales.
• Consistently working towards and exceeding team sales targets.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence, and celebrate teamwork.
• Adhering to company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
