As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will work 42.5 hours per week with a clear mission: to provide customers with an unparalleled service experience. You will be a trusted expert in our store, guiding golfers toward the right products and helping them achieve their golfing goals. Your responsibilities include executing our proven GAMES sales process, delivering exceptional customer service, and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing our GAMES sales process and ensuring every customer receives personalized attention through expert guidance and product knowledge.
• Achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
• Contributing to a positive team dynamic and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
