Mamas & Papas in Cheltenham is hiring a Sales Assistant / Consultant to join our friendly store team. This 20-hour-per-week role covers 3 days, including weekends, at Gallagher Retail Park, Cheltenham.

You will greet customers, offer product insights, and help families choose prams, cots, and accessories to create magical moments. Ideal candidates come from retail, sales, or customer-service backgrounds and enjoy creating memorable experiences for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer-service background preferred.
• Enthusiasm for delivering friendly, memorable shopping moments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge.
• Support store team in delivering excellent service during busy periods.

Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family through continued growth by looking for some amazing SALES ASSISTANT (S), to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas [INSERT STORE NAME] store

Our Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 20 hours per week, across 3 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both.

If you come from a retail assistant, sales assistant, or customer service background & love putting a smile on a customers face, leaving them with magical moments they'll never forget, then we'd love to hear from you.
