Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres Kendal is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor with driving duties to join our PaintWell store. You will deliver exemplary customer service in-branch, assist customers with product selections, and manage local deliveries using a company van.

Full training provided; experience welcome but not required. The role also involves helping maintain stock levels, merchandising, and ensuring a smooth-running store during Monday to Friday hours with Saturday rota shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full clean manual driving licence.
• Comfortable working on Saturdays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations and help customers choose products.
• Make contactless deliveries to customers in the local area using the Company Transit van.
• Mix paint for customers and process specialist orders.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and provide a comprehensive service.
• Keep the warehouse organised and safe according to company standards.
• Promote seasonal and special items to increase visibility and sales.
• Unload deliveries and distribute stock across the store.
