Poltronesof is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in Glasgow Fort for a part-time position designed to fit around your lifestyle. You'll be responsible for welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect furniture piece while delivering excellent service.

Retail Sales Advisor - Part Time

Compensation: £10.85 - £12.71 / hour

Looking for a part-time role that works around your life — while offering excellent earning potential?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Glasgow Fort store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments.

This role is for 16 hours per week across 2 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
