Compensation: £9.74 - £12.21 / hour

Description

What’s the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Bolton at Middlebrook Retail Park, welcoming customers and discussing our furniture offerings.

This role involves working 36 hours per week over 4 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in finding suitable furniture
• Completing customer orders and processing finance applications accurately
• Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborating with the team to provide a 5-star customer experience
• Maintaining the showroom's appearance through housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture movement
• Ensuring the showroom is a welcoming, safe, and friendly environment
• Continuously updating knowledge on products and services
• Performing other duties as required within the role

• Hourly rate of £9.74-£12.21 with a potential OTE of £30K pro rata annually
• Average earnings of £800 - £1200 per month on top of basic salary, with unlimited earning potential
