Job summary

DFS is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in the United Kingdom. You will guide customers to find the perfect sofa, bed or finishing touches, delivering friendly service that makes customers feel at home.

No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll work with flexible hours and an hourly rate of £12.71, with uncapped commission and generous holiday allowances alongside staff discounts.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer's home.

We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
