Job summary

poltronesofà UK is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for our West Thurrock store. You will welcome customers, discuss furniture options, and help them find the perfect piece for their home. You can earn more through our uncapped commission by selling more.

Responsibilities include processing orders and finance applications, hitting sales KPIs, and maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation. A friendly, energetic persona and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential.

What’s the opportunity?
As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in West Thurrock welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.
As a Retail Sales Advisor you can earn more as you sell more - our uncapped commission structure puts you in control of your income.
What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

• Basic salary between £26,070-£28,156 with a realistic OTE of £40,000.
• In this store, our Retail Sales Advisors earn on average £800 - £1200 per month on top of their basic salary
