Job summary

Poltronesofà S.p.A. in Lincoln is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers into our store at Tritton Retail Park and help them find the perfect piece of furniture. You will share product knowledge and talk about our ranges, aiming to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

You’ll earn a base salary of £22,629–£26,508 per year with uncapped commission, and in-store earnings average £800–£1200 monthly on top of base pay. A monthly guaranteed commission applies in first months.

What’s the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Lincoln in Tritton Retail Park welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.

As a Retail Sales Advisor you can earn more as you sell more — our uncapped commission structure puts you in control of your income.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
