  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40hrs per week), Immediate Start
  • Location: Onsite - Carnaby Street, London W1F 9QF
  • Reports to: Store Manager; Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor who embodies these values to join our flagship Carnaby Street store. You'll be the face of G-SHOCK, inspiring customers, creating memorable experiences, and representing a brand that stands for strength and style.

No watch experience? No problem. We will train you to become a product expert. All you need is passion, energy, and a desire to learn. Join a close-knit team of 5, bringing bold energy to the shop floor every day.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales and Achieve Targets
  2. Engage with customers and convert conversations into sales
  3. Recommend products confidently, explain features, and upsell where appropriate
  4. Meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs
  5. Stay updated on promotions, new launches, and bestsellers
Create Unforgettable Experiences
  1. Deliver genuine, memorable service that encourages repeat visits
  2. Build strong customer relationships and foster brand loyalty
Own the Look and Feel
  1. Maintain an inspiring store environment with sharp displays and fully stocked shelves
  2. Ensure products are well-presented, priced, and ready to sell
Protect What Matters
  1. Follow security, cash handling, and stock control procedures
  2. Help minimize stock loss and uphold brand integrity
Support Store Activities
  1. Assist with in-store activations, events, and merchandising
  2. Contribute to social media efforts to boost store traffic and engagement
Grow Professionally
  1. Participate in product training and become an expert
  2. Continuously seek improvement and aim for personal and team goals
Minimum Requirements
  • Energy and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
  • Excellent people skills and confidence in customer interactions
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience
  • Reliable, supportive team player
  • Willingness to learn about technical products
  • Attention to presentation and brand representation

Highly desirable: experience with watches/timepieces and fluency in another language.
