poltronesofà UK is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in Grimsby to welcome customers and guide them to the perfect furniture pieces. You will also process orders and finance applications, aiming to exceed personal sales and KPI targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find the perfect furniture.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and KPIs and maintain showroom standards.
• Work with the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience.
• Keep showrooms neat through cleaning and moving furniture as needed.
• Ensure showrooms are welcoming, safe and well presented for customers and colleagues.

What’s the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Grimsby in Alexandra Retail Park welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.

As a Retail Sales Advisor you can earn more as you sell more — our uncapped commission structure puts you in control of your income.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
