schuh in Norwich is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, greet shoppers and provide in-depth product knowledge while helping to meet store KPIs.

No prior retail experience is required as full training will be provided, and candidates must be flexible across weekdays and weekends. You’ll enjoy benefits including discounts, holidays, birthday time off and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
