Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Penrith is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, availability and shop floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the replenishment team, manage deliveries and stock control, and ensure the store remains well-stocked and ready to trade, while coaching colleagues to maximise performance and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of stock control, replenishment and delivery processes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Managing deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Driving high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Planning and prioritising workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitoring availability and taking action to address stock-related issues.
• Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Supporting wider store operations and collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
