Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of Retail sector projects across Oxford and the South East. The role involves assisting in leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget and programme targets.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and be working towards Chartered status, with experience in a consultancy setting and retail-fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree is required.
• Working towards Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment is essential.
• Experience delivering Retail or Commercial Fit-Out / Refurbishment projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and client-facing skills are required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple Retail sector projects from design through to handover.
• Assist in leading multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project quality, budget and schedule are met.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage project stages and milestones.
