Job summary

Foundation Recruitment is seeking a Retail Project Manager to lead a programme of construction and fit-out projects for a prominent UK retail portfolio. The role focuses on new builds and cut-and-carve works, with responsibility for managing tenant support and project teams across the country.

The successful candidate will oversee project documentation, appoint external consultants, and work with QS to finalise accounts, reporting to the Construction Director while maintaining pace and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple cut and carve projects in retail environments.
• Proven track record in delivering detailed project reporting documents.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manage full range of project management duties on new builds and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with tenants and external consultants to support project delivery.
• Lead projects with values from £100k to £4m across the UK and monitor progress.
