Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced PLM Programme Manager Lead to drive a major Retail PLM transformation in London. The role focuses on business process architecture and FlexPLM solution delivery, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite).

You will lead end-to-end PLM processes, define future-state workflows, and translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions while collaborating across functions such as Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing and IT.

Qualifications

• Must have PLM experience and ability to manage day-to-day activities for customers and users.
• Experience leading global business process transformation in a Retail/CG environment.
• Hands-on Retail PLM implementation or consulting, ideally FlexPLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM process design, optimisation and global transformation.
• Define future-state workflows, product data models, lifecycle states and governance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable FlexPLM solutions.
• Support concept-to-product development, line/merchandising planning, materials and costing.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT.
• Support implementation, UAT, defect resolution, release management and change control.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs and user guides with training delivery.
• Provide strong PLM and product lifecycle management expertise.
