Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced PLM Programme Manager Lead in London on a 12‑month hybrid contract. You will drive business process architecture and FlexPLM delivery across a major retail PLM transformation, coordinating stakeholders across Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing and IT.

Role requires hands-on Retail PLM implementation experience, strong PLM/PLM data management skills, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable FlexPLM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global PLM transformation.
• Hands-on Retail PLM implementation or consulting, ideally FlexPLM.
• Strong PLM and product lifecycle management experience.
• Expertise in product data management, BOM, workflow design, costing, materials and supplier collaboration.
• Retail, apparel, footwear, fashion, consumer goods or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM process design, optimisation and global transformation.
• Define future-state workflows, product data models, lifecycle states and governance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable FlexPLM solutions.
• Support concept-to-product development, line and merchandise planning, materials, samples, costing, BOM, supplier collaboration and change management.
• Work with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders.
• Support implementation, UAT, defect resolution, release management and change control.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs and user guides, delivering training and knowledge transfer.
