Job summary

Booker is seeking a store-based team member to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. You will fill shelves, serve on tills, manage stock levels and assist with deliveries to ensure customers find what they came for quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal and report discrepancies to the Manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and escalate complex queries or complaints appropriately.
