Job summary

Vision Express is seeking a Retail Optical Assistant to combine customer service with premium eyewear and med-tech innovation. You will greet customers, offer product advice, adjust frames, assist with fittings, and support basic eye-care tech in-store.

In a role that values teamwork and communication, you’ll use digital tools to guide purchases, manage light admin tasks, and contribute to a store that delivers great service and everyday eye health.
