Job summary

Vision Express is seeking a Retail Optical Assistant to deliver personalised customer service, provide product guidance, and support eye care technology in-store. The role involves adjusting frames, assisting fittings, and handling minor repairs, while helping with admin duties to keep the shop running smoothly.

You will engage customers, discuss eyewear options, and participate in pre-screening eye tests using modern optical tech, contributing to a premium customer experience and teamwork
